Information we collect

We may collect contact details, country or region, service interests, travel timeline, budget range, medical goals, medical history provided by the patient, uploaded records, appointment preferences, and communication history.

How we use information

We use information to assess whether a request may be suitable for coordinated care in Shanghai or Nanjing, prepare care pathway suggestions, coordinate appointments, arrange interpreters and transportation, communicate with hospitals or clinics with patient consent, and provide related support services.

Medical records

Medical records should only be shared with CareBridge China when necessary for coordination. Records may be shared with selected hospitals, clinics, physicians, translators, or advisors only when needed for the requested service and with patient authorization.

Data minimization

Patients should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. CareBridge China should only request records and information reasonably needed for coordination and suitability review.

Third parties

We may coordinate with hospitals, clinics, interpreters, drivers, hotels, travel providers, and professional advisors. These parties may process relevant information only as needed to provide requested services.

Security

CareBridge China should use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect submitted information. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Retention

Information should be retained only as long as necessary for coordination, legal, accounting, quality, or follow-up purposes, unless a longer retention period is required or authorized.

Patient choices

Patients may request correction or deletion of certain information, subject to legal, medical coordination, or recordkeeping requirements.
