Service Terms

This is a pilot-stage service terms draft and should be reviewed by legal counsel before commercial launch.

Service scope

CareBridge China provides non-clinical coordination services, including appointment coordination, interpreter coordination, medical transportation coordination, hospital navigation, document organization, recovery logistics, and optional travel support.

Excluded services

CareBridge China does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription, nursing care, emergency medical services, insurance services, visa decisions, legal advice, or guaranteed medical outcomes.

Fees

CareBridge service fees are separate from hospital, clinic, hotel, airline, meal, medication, rehabilitation, tourism, and other third-party costs. Third-party costs are paid directly by the client where possible. If CareBridge prepays a third-party cost, the client must prepay the full amount before booking.

Deposits and payment

Remote Care Plan fees are paid upfront. Medical Visit Support generally requires a 50% deposit and 50% payment before the first appointment. Surgical Journey and Joint Replacement Coordination generally require staged payment before coordination, arrival, and first hospital visit or admission.

Refunds

Refunds depend on work completed, third-party cancellation rules, appointment status, translation work, advisor review, and coordination already performed. Completed coordination work and third-party costs are generally not refundable.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, disclose relevant medical history, pay required fees on time, comply with hospital rules, respect interpreter and coordinator boundaries, and make their own informed decisions with licensed healthcare professionals.

Travel responsibility

Clients are responsible for passports, visas, entry requirements, travel insurance, medical travel suitability, and compliance with applicable laws and policies.

Limitation

CareBridge China is not responsible for clinical outcomes, hospital decisions, final medical fees, travel disruption, visa refusal, insurance reimbursement denial, complications, or third-party service failures beyond CareBridge's reasonable coordination role.
